VOPAK TO VOPAK ONBOARDING PROCESS

  1. Buyer submits LOI and CIS of Vopak account holder.
  2. Refinery reviews and issues offer (FCO).
  3. Buyer signs ICC Agreement and includes ICPO with banking details + passport.
  4. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for buyer signature.
  5. Seller requests buyer’s digital ID QR code from Vopak Terminal to release full POP:
    • TAC (Terminal Access Code)
    • TSR (Tank Storage Receipt)
    • Fresh SGS (24 hrs)
    • GPS Location Data
    • ATSC (Authorization to Sell & Collect)
    • ATV (Authorization to Verify)
    • Injection Report
  6. Seller sets a date with buyer for dip test & injects into buyer’s vessel/tank.
  7. Buyer pays full product value via MT103 after dip test.
  8. Seller signs NCNDA/IMFPA and pays all intermediaries.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • MT103/TT after successful dip test at seller tank.

INSPECTION

  • SGS – 24 hours fresh at buyer’s name. Includes Q&Q report + Injection Report
