VOPAK TO VOPAK ONBOARDING PROCESS
- Buyer submits LOI and CIS of Vopak account holder.
- Refinery reviews and issues offer (FCO).
- Buyer signs ICC Agreement and includes ICPO with banking details + passport.
- Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for buyer signature.
- Seller requests buyer’s digital ID QR code from Vopak Terminal to release full POP:
- TAC (Terminal Access Code)
- TSR (Tank Storage Receipt)
- Fresh SGS (24 hrs)
- GPS Location Data
- ATSC (Authorization to Sell & Collect)
- ATV (Authorization to Verify)
- Injection Report
- Seller sets a date with buyer for dip test & injects into buyer’s vessel/tank.
- Buyer pays full product value via MT103 after dip test.
- Seller signs NCNDA/IMFPA and pays all intermediaries.
PAYMENT TERMS
- MT103/TT after successful dip test at seller tank.
INSPECTION
- SGS – 24 hours fresh at buyer’s name. Includes Q&Q report + Injection Report
